BRIEF:Choose a folding style and create a brochure featuring the new town homes "6th+ Steel"CONCEPT:For the folding style I chose a tri–fold to mimic the tall, slender shapes of the 6th + Steel town homes.Using images and headers, I clearly laid out all the necessary informationfor viewers.I used two sans serif fonts, Helvetica & Helvetica NEUE, to mimic the clean and modern look of the town homes
