rEvolver Launch Party - Special Event

BRIEF:
Create marketing and promotional materials for Upintheair Theatre's rEvolver launch party. The event was held on St. Patrick's Day, March 17, 2016, at Hootsuite HQ Vancouver.

CONCEPT:
The theme of this event was rustic chic. As the design and decor manager, I was in charge of creating the cohesive look and feel for the entire event. Along with designing the floor plan, all promotional marketing materials, and multiple fundraising posters, I also directly dealt with our clients to bring them more brand awareness and exposure through the use of social media sites.
